Mahesh Babu Launches His Own Clothing Line
The Tollywood actor launched his label, entering the menswear arena
Following in the footsteps of several Bollywood stars, Mahesh Babu, the heartthrob of Tollywood has launched his own brand of menswear, The Humbl Co. The brand was launched on August 7. Mahesh Babu is the second Telugu star to have launched his own brand. Last year, Arjun Reddy star, Vijay Deverakonda had launched his own clothing line, Rowdy Club.
The tagline of the brand is ‘Dress like a dream. Live Real.’ Mahesh recently tweeted about the launch of his brand, “Our Humbl endeavour unveils today. Thank you all for the astounding response. The Humbl Co. is not just clothing it’s a way of life.” he tweeted.
The Humble Co. has casual and work wear for men. The brand also has something called as the Roots Collection. Roots is aimed at giving back to the society by rebuilding communities, reviving old crafts, using handloom, natural dyes and sustainable fabric. It is a premium segment rooted in Indian ethnicity and reinstates the fact the eco-conscious is beautiful.
The brand will first be launched on Spoyl, India’s largest influencer-led fashion e-commerce platform that not only hosts its in-house brands and designs clothing collection with top bloggers in India but also provides a platform for influencers to curate items, style them and post their shoppable looks/videos on the Spoyl app. Spoyl also acts as a market place for over 250 top-notch brands in India.
Bollywood celebrities like Shahid Kapoor (Skult), Hrithik Roshan (HRX), Deepika Padukone (All About You), Sonam Kapoor (Rheson), Shraddha Kapoor (Imara) and Anushka Sharma (Nush) have their own fashion labels.
